Asotus is opening for admin applications! We're looking forward to welcoming some new people to our team to help us develop the group and share the workload.
Expectations & What We're Looking For
These are the things we'll be looking for in potential admins, as well as what will be expected of you if you're brought on to the team.• You must have Skype.
• English does not have to be your first language, but you must be able to understand and communicate clearly in it. A sense of humor is also very much welcome.
• You must be 17+ years of age.
• We would prefer that you have free time at least once a week to come and fulfill your duties (completely clear them out), though some positions, like the Dungeon Master, will require more time. Since this is a volunteer position and is mostly done for fun, you are of course allowed and expected to give real life things (school, work, etc.) priority. As such, please only apply for things that you have time for.
• You should be willing to take the initiative to fulfill your duties without prompting. If you see that something needs to be done, go for it!
• As an admin, it's very likely that you will be regularly interacting with the community. You should be willing and ready for this and it does require some degree of confidence. Be prepared to answer questions, help people, and ask another admin for help when you're not sure of something.
• This is not a "lifetime commitment" by any means. If your circumstances change and you feel you're no longer able to fulfill your duties, you will be more than welcome to take a hiatus or leave the admin team indefinitely.
• You are not required to have any prior experience being a group admin. All of the current admins had no or very little experience when we first started, so we are willing to teach you everything you need to know!
• Since admins have less time to play the game due to their duties, they have the opportunity to earn "admin points" by fulfilling certain tasks around the group. These points can be put toward small in-game items and customs.

Positions
These are the positions we have open. If you are selected, the position you applied for will be your MAIN function, but if you'd like to dabble in other things we will be glad to teach you whatever you'd like to learn!
Jack-of-all-Trades
Duties: You will be learning how to do just about everything in the group! You will be assisting the other admins as well as learning how to judge Kalawa tests, process rank up tasks, hand out quest rewards, and more! If you are interested, you will also be learning design judging.

Assistant Dungeon Master
Duties: You will be learning how to manage dungeons under Captain-Kraken's masterful teachings. This will include rolling, responding to, and wrapping up dungeons.
